If you manage messaging campaigns through PropWorks, you are responsible for ensuring all recipients have consented to receiving communications.

Delays or failures in message delivery
Issues arising from third-party platforms, carriers, or service providers
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.
